These terms govern your use of the ChartBuddy mobile application, operated by Noesis Trading Co. Ltd. By installing or using ChartBuddy you agree to these terms.

Educational use only

ChartBuddy is an educational reference. Nothing in the app constitutes financial advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any asset, or a promise of investment returns. Trading carries risk and you can lose money. Always do your own research and consider consulting a regulated financial advisor before making investment decisions.

Your account

ChartBuddy does not require an account. Your progress is stored locally on your device. Your in-app purchase is linked to your Apple ID or Google account by the respective store, not by us.

Purchases

ChartBuddy Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. Once purchased, it is permanently attached to the Apple ID or Google account that made the purchase, and can be restored at any time using the “Restore Purchases” button inside the app. There is no subscription and no auto-renewal.

Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google directly, not by us. Use the store's own refund process.

Content

All content inside ChartBuddy (topic explanations, diagrams, cheat sheets, the glossary) is created by Noesis Trading Co. Ltd. You may use it for personal learning. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell the content without our prior written permission.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance.
